  1. Dave, for the past few years, he has held the Packers hostage with his ego driven acts. Either you are going to play or not. He wanted out. He was unhappy because the Packers did not bring in "his" players ie Moss. Yes, Montana will always go down as a 49er ( I was at his last game as a pro, Go PHINS ) like Farve a Packer, but Farve wanted out. That is why he unretired!!! and retired in the first place.

Bottom line, Farve's a Jerk, Hall of Fame or not.
    - michael   - 08/10/2008
  2. I've always thought Farve was a jerk. A whiney butt jerk. He had a good thing, even in retirement, and blew it. He should have thought long and hard before he committed to "retiring" and then "coming out of retirement". He sure doesn't think he will usurp the QB's that have worked hard and be a starter. He's fortunate some team 'took pity' on him and is giving him another chance.
    Stupe.

  1. brian, I STILL would NOT believe that story if the brother's themselves told me to the face... fact: they knew the product they had built infringed the intellectual property rights of someone else. They were wrong to have done what they did and the community was wrong to treat Hasbro as an oppressor and suggest that they reward the brother's bad choice. The brother's, in reality, committed a crime... no letter writing should matter....

let's say I want to chop down the tree in your yard... i'll send you a letter. If you don't respond to me then I will assume it is ok to go ahead and break this law because i never heard back from you... ignoring idiotic requests is the same as saying yes to them, right? wrong. The only party that ignored letters here was the brothers, when they ignored the C&D letters from Hasbro. Hasbro went as far as telling Facebook to remove the application.... listen, there is no argument for "they didn't know, they thought it was ok".. that's just bull. they took a risk, it blew up in their face... boo hoo. I would feel more sorry for them had they not profited but they did profile, a lot... so they made their bed, now they get to lie in it.

hasbro ftw. sorry, but that's where i stand on this one.

  2. Lee, first, Dane Cook is not funny!!!! We all agree on that. However, Kathy Griffin, she does have a real show and an Emmy. Whereas I may not get all the jokes, this can be easily explained. I have a Y chromosome, making it nearly impossible to get all the jokes. I assume Lee you are in the same predicament as I am. - michael   - 07/08/2008

  2. No... everyone knows it was the mafia. - Matt   - 06/05/2008
  3. I took care of a person in a Nursing Home who worked for the CIA during the Kennedy regime. She had a top secret security clearance and some of the things she hinted at make it seem the CIA could definitely have been behind this assassination. It's not unreasonable to think that. This person is long since died but one of this person's comments were, "Oh the things I could tell you about Pres. Kennedy and the CIA" then this person would clam up.

  1. I would like to point anyone who may, for some ungodly reason, think you might actually be nearing something resembling a point in any of your other political rambles to this post here... Armageddon? The end of times? Talk about looney-bin material.

If that is the case, then I guess that makes George W. Bush the anti-christ. I guess you picked your side when you voted W.
