  2. The opml import isn't working for me. I already sent in feedback. Gave me a few alerts about blog group already being present (can't remember the exact wording) and then got stuck at 56% for the longest time.
The opml was exported from Google Reader.

  1. That certain someone still doesn't believe we're going to be running all our applications remotely.

I still find it hard to believe that you can run a full version of Photoshop, After Effects, iMovie, Final Cut Studio, Flash, and plenty of other power apps. on a remote server.

I also believe there will be strong demand from people that want to run their applications locally. I know this certain person wants my email, business docs, spreadsheets on my computer. Not on a server hosted by someone else. So even if the technology is there, I believe the demand for the standalone OS will still be hanging around.

You might get what you want, but the prediction that everyone will be running apps remotely in 10 years is very bold. I'm definitely winning this one !

  3. Wow. You both seem to know the same certain someone... or else you've both had very similar conversations... seemingly on opposite sides of the coin.

I can't place a vote for obvious reasons.
